We want you to feel absolutely confident in your POPFLEX® gear. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unwashed and unworn items.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose Your Option

  Select the items you wish to return and choose between a direct exchange for a new size or color, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
